Culinary Experiment

Mmmm...homemade doughnuts. I promised Ben that I'd make him homemade doughnuts if he bought me a Le Creuset dutch oven (a red one, of course.) Well, since we're snowed in I figured today was the day. The entire experiment was surprisingly simple and successful given the fact that I'm scared of hot oil and don't own a frying thermometer. Here are the highlights, please contain your excitment.
